Kapty

Description

Kapty helps you replace passive contact forms with a conversational chatbot experience inside WordPress.
Visitors can follow guided conversation paths, answer key questions, and send clearer requests from your site.

This free version includes the core Kapty workflow for WordPress:

  • Display a chatbot widget on your site
  • Start with a built-in demonstration scenario
  • Create and edit your own conversational scenarios
  • Activate one or several scenarios on your site
  • Capture leads from conversations
  • View conversations and leads from the WordPress admin
  • Customize the widget appearance
  • Configure email notifications
  • Export your scenarios

Kapty is designed for site owners, freelancers, agencies, and service businesses that want a more interactive first contact experience than a traditional form.
