Create infinite carousel slideshows directly from the block editor. Add headings, text and buttons inside the textual containers over each slide. Control animation and the navigation of the carousel.

This plugin provides 2 blocks.
- HotBlocks Carousel Carousel slideshow with slides and overlay text containers.
- Carousel Slide A single slide inside HotBlocks Carousel.
Installation
- Install plugin as usually from WordPress.org. You can also manually download it, unpack and upload the plugin directory to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Add HotBlocks Carousel block to your post/page by clicking on it.
- This block has additional parameters in the Block controls pane.

What to do with plugin after installation?

Create or edit a post or page. Click Add Block button, look for HotBlocks Carousel block and add it on the page.

How to add slides?

Select HotBlocks Carousel block and in the parameters look for pane Carousel. Click the Add Slide button. The child slide block will be created, so now click the Select Image button to select or upload your slide image.

How to make the carousel uses full screen width?

Put the HotBlocks Carousel block inside a group block. For this group block, disable Inner blocks use content width. Please keep in mind that some themes disallow full width blocks.
