xLoyalty – Points & Rewards for WooCommerce

Description

xLoyalty adds a straightforward loyalty points and rewards system to WooCommerce
stores.

Customers earn points on completed orders and can redeem those points for
discounts on future purchases.

The plugin is designed to be lightweight and easy to configure. It does not
depend on any external SaaS service and works entirely inside your WordPress
installation.

Main features:

• Earn points automatically on completed orders
• Set custom earning rules (e.g. 1 point per 1€)
• Set redemption value (e.g. 100 points = 1€ discount)
• Allow customers to redeem points at checkout
• Display points balance in My Account
• Admin control over earning and redemption rules
• No external servers – everything runs locally

Optional Registration

xLoyalty works fully without any registration.

Administrators may optionally enter some basic business details inside the
plugin settings. This is purely for organizational and support reference and is
stored only in the local WordPress database.

Registration is completely optional and does NOT unlock extra features.
The plugin works normally with or without it.

The information is never transmitted to xLoyalty or any third-party servers.

You may remove this information at any time from your WordPress database.

Privacy & Data

This plugin respects user privacy.

• No personal data is collected automatically
• No tracking scripts are loaded
• No data is transmitted to xloyalty.io or third parties
• Google Analytics is NOT used in wp-admin
• Optional registration data stays local only

The plugin remains fully functional whether you register or not.

Site owners are responsible for reflecting any loyalty-program usage in their
own site privacy policy if necessary.

xLoyalty Pro (optional)

A separate premium version, xLoyalty Pro, is available for users who need
advanced capabilities such as integrations, synchronization with physical
stores and extended reporting.

The free plugin works completely on its own and does not require any
subscription or connection to external servers.

Usage

After configuration:

1. When an order is marked “Completed”, the customer earns points automatically.
2. Customers can see their points in My Account.
3. At checkout, customers can redeem part or all of their available points.
4. Discounts apply automatically based on the conversion rules you set.

If you deactivate the plugin, settings and points remain in your database unless removed manually.
