  1. Make sure that wp-content is set to at least CHMOD 755.
  2. Extract the zip file and upload the "aio-cache" folder to wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the AIO Cache from the Plugins page.

Recommended:

Adding mod_expires, mod_gzip, and deflate to your .htaccess would help.
