Copy your plugins' and themes' Author URI to your Blogroll(Links).
Upload the folder /pluginlink2blogroll/ to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Go to WP-admin -> Settings -> Pluginlink2Blogroll and do it.
Requires: 2.3 or higher
