Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem. * If you can install plugins, install [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/). I didn’t see the button to click on? * There was a note at the bottom ‘Loopback Request’ with * “The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.

If so, would you please try clearing the cache? * Note: You do not need to install a caching plugin at this point just to clear a cache you don’t have.
