A total of $50 for a website I&#8217;m building and need a popup to complete. I kept getting an error message and couldn&#8217;t download the extension. I contacted customer support and received no less than 12 back and forth emails from &#8220;Robert&#8221; mansplaining how to download a file. Seriously?  Could we not assume that if I&#8217;m building a website, that maybe, just maybe, I know how to download a file? I finally made a video showing Robert his step by step instructions on how to download a file wasn&#8217;t working for this little lady and received a response that they are off for the weekend.
