I would like to make the URL field conditional on the textbox field having any entry (not sure what that would look like).<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, I would like to make the URL field actually link the result of the textbox.<\/p>\n<p>For example, they say the work at ABC Lumbar Company and enter a URL of http:\/\/abclumbar.com. I would like for the ABC Lumbar Company textbox to have the link of the URL entered, rather than showing two fields.
