Hello, I’m using Genesis(Version: 2.5.0) by StudioPress and after setting up the plugin, nothing happens.
\n‘I do Not see the Facebook Live Chat Image at all.'(tried multiple times.) <\/p>\n
I think that my themes may conflict with your app. <\/p>\n
Also when I go to my child theme, there is no footer.php.
\nOnly parent theme(Genesis) has footer.php, however there is a warning as follows,<\/p>\n

Is there a way to fix this problem?
