Consequently users are confused and tend to re-submit.<\/p>\n<p>Have isolated the problem to the tracker code we were given by Google Analytics to monitor ad word conversions. We added this to the Additional Settings tab:<\/p>\n<p>on_sent_ok:&#8221;_gaq.push([&#8216;_trackEvent&#8217;,&#8217;form&#8217;, &#8216;submit&#8217;, &#8216;contact us&#8217; ])&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Am guessing this has interfered with submission javascript?<\/p>\n<p>Any help would very much appreciated. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-9073788","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/9073788","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/9073788\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=9073788"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
