{"id":8830986,"date":"2017-02-21T16:33:43","date_gmt":"2017-02-21T16:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/shortcode-broken-5\/"},"modified":"2017-02-21T16:33:43","modified_gmt":"2017-02-21T16:33:43","slug":"shortcode-broken-5","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/shortcode-broken-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Shortcode broken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello.<\/p>\n<p>This post is referring to this page, which is an archive of all podcasts on adwise.se: https:\/\/www.adwise.se\/podcast\/<\/p>\n<p>Up til recently, I was using this to display the player:<\/p>\n<pre><code>global $ss_podcasting;\n$file = $ss_podcasting-&gt;get_episode_download_link( get_the_id() );\necho $ss_podcasting-&gt;media_player( $file, get_the_id() );<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Just a few minutes ago, after I noticed the player was broken because it referred to the <strong>title<\/strong> of the post instead of the actual .mp3 file, I changed it to this:<br \/>\n<code>echo do_shortcode(&#039;[podcast_episode episode=&quot;&#039; .get_the_id(). &#039;&quot; content=&quot;player&quot;]&#039;)<\/code><\/p>\n<p>However this does not work either. And before you ask; yes, I changed &#8220;get_the_id()&#8221; to just an actual ID of a podcast just to make sure, and it didn&#8217;t work then either.<br \/>\nSo I&#8217;m concluding that <code>$ss_podcasting<\/code> or <code>[podcast_episode]<\/code> is broken.
