Today it does not display.  I checked your plugin and saw that the settings were blank (the way the settings were grouped had been revised as well, probably in a recent update.)  I restored the settings, checking the appropriate boxes.  Still no twitter card.  I also use a plugin called Twitter Cards Meta, which up  until now has not conflicted with your plugin.
