{"id":8213845,"date":"2016-09-23T11:55:21","date_gmt":"2016-09-23T11:55:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/sorting-events-on-date\/"},"modified":"2016-09-23T11:55:21","modified_gmt":"2016-09-23T11:55:21","slug":"sorting-events-on-date","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/sorting-events-on-date\/","title":{"rendered":"Sorting events on date"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I would like to sort the past events in the event archive in a different way, showing te last event on top, instead of the oldest event. <\/p>\n<p>I have tried to do this using several help posts, including this post from Modern Tribe: https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/knowledgebase\/filter-and-sort-events-with-advanced-post-manager\/<\/p>\n<p>However installing the Advanced Post Manager did not show any sort of filter option in the event list in the WordPress back-end. <\/p>\n<p>I would really like to change the way events are sorted.
