The plugins from Sliced Invoices are not bad… but the company itself appears to be operated by knuckleheads.<\/p>\n
Literally EVERY single interaction with the company is a problem. I bought two paid extensions and both times they failed to email me a receipt. I received the Paypal receipt but nothing from Sliced Invoices (ie: no validation code).<\/p>\n
I just bought a paid extension and when I went to download it, their website has a database error.<\/p>\n
Email them for premium support… no answer.<\/p>\n
They need to get their act together or making a good plugin is worthless.<\/p>\n
UPDATE: The Sliced Invoices team have responded quickly and professionally and have rectified any problems I had. Thus, my review can be based solely on the quality of their plugin, now that support issues have been dealt with properly.
