Whether it is because I&#8217;m using a later version of WordPress I don&#8217;t know. However the <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/problem-form-start?replies=15#post-8183423\">support<\/a> has been very poor so I&#8217;ve been unable to ascertain what the issue is.
