Luckily I have a recent test site. I loaded WP Clone on the test site and made a backup. Then deleted the prod site, and did a new install. Installed WP Clone and entered the URL for the backup. I was surprised how quick it worked. Important, when I tried to go into Settings it redirected to the test site. So I had to edit wp-config.php to hard code in url for both WP_HOME and WP_SITEURL.
