We have vastly improved support which you can get now via <a href=\"http:\/\/helpdesk.tribusgroup.com\">Helpdesk.TRIBUSgroup.com<\/a> or by calling 312 957 8846 (keep in mind support is only for paying clients).<\/p>\n<p>In the past year we&#8217;ve done the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We get updates from all MLSs every 15 minutes now<\/li>\n<li>We upgraded serving of properties to respond to up to 10 properties with photos in less than 1\/3 of a second<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;ve added a feature exclusive to us &#8211; Collaborative Search allowing spouses to look for homes together and be notified when they both like a home<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;ve added countless field options to the API allowing developers to get far more out of the plugin<\/li>\n<p>And we&#8217;re investing heavily into making a broker specific version of the plugin.
