It replaced one of the two existing forms and reformatted the one form to a poor facsimile of the original form. The second form it ignored completely&#8230; no form was there at all (just the original shortcode). The submissions went who knows where&#8230; not where they were supposed to go.<\/p>\n<p>BACK UP!!!! if you want to try the update. I reverted back to the old version and all is good again. I will not be updating this plugin ever again.
