I had to put in a few support tickets to help me out as I could not work a few things out: the service I got was terrific &#8211; it was just like having a dedicated consultant working on the project; I had a detailed, very human friendly, and ultimately useful reply within about 12 hours most times and sometimes wihtin 24 hours (and I am not in the USA). I don&#8217;t think I could ask for better support.  With my permission they also went in to my site and fixed a few things up &#8211; again personal service.  The result is things work well.
