I had my backups up and running and uploaded to a remote location in minutes. It&#8217;s nice to feel the confidence instilled by a reliable backup system. Many plugins copy to your own installation, which is great (unless you installation is hacked or server explodes), but remote backup is the way to go. I&#8217;d also like to say that I contacted support with pre-sales questions. Received thorough and helpful answers quickly. That, as the kidz say, is how it&#8217;s done.
