{"id":788273,"date":"2008-06-14T22:30:08","date_gmt":"2008-06-14T22:30:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/redirect-loop-problem\/"},"modified":"2016-08-19T01:32:07","modified_gmt":"2016-08-19T01:32:07","slug":"redirect-loop-problem","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/redirect-loop-problem\/","title":{"rendered":"Redirect Loop problem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When I try to access <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cromata.org\/noticias\">my site<\/a> I get a Redirect Loop error page on Firefox (IE justs sits there, looped).<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what I have done:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Setup my blog on its own directory<\/li>\n<li>Setup options to have my blog <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cromata.org\/\">on my root dir<\/a> (I copied and changed index.php, had no .htaccess). Until this point everything works as expected.<\/li>\n<li>In Reading Options I selected a static page as my front page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After selecting a static page I go to the main page and it works, go to other pages and they work. What is not working is the blog section (in my case is under the directory \/noticias)<\/p>\n<p>My goal is to have a static front page, a gallery, a blog and a contact form. Everything works but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cromata.org\/noticias\">the blog URL<\/a>.
