Fresh install of WP and Video Central. Added an mp4 video to media @ 640&#215;360, 24f, h.264, AAC 320.<\/p>\n<p>Go to &#8220;New Video&#8221;<br \/>\nChange source to: Self Hosting<br \/>\nHit Add Media button next to: Video Url (.mp4)<br \/>\nSelect my mp4 video from Media<\/p>\n<p>but that&#8217;s it.
