{"id":7450684,"date":"2016-06-06T08:38:39","date_gmt":"2016-06-06T08:38:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/bitnami-multisite-1\/"},"modified":"2016-08-31T18:48:14","modified_gmt":"2016-08-31T18:48:14","slug":"bitnami-multisite-1","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/bitnami-multisite-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Bitnami Multisite"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I installed <a href=\"https:\/\/google.bitnami.com\/\">Bitnami WP MU 4.5.2<\/a> then followed the <a href=\"http:\/\/ottopress.com\/2010\/wordpress-3-0-multisite-domain-mapping-tutorial\/\">installation instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I see the menu items in network admin only (Settings\\Domain Mapping and Settings\\Domains). Menu item under Tools does not show up. Sites page shows URL and Mapping columns. However adding a new site, does not give me a menu to add a domain. Rather it gives me the menu to add a subdomain (Site URL _____ .domain.com).<\/p>\n<p>I have also tried pointing a domain to the site (CNAME) but all I get on that domain is ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.<\/p>\n<p>Is this a compatibility issue or have I done something wrong?<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-7450684","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry","topic-tag-google-cloud"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/7450684","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/7450684\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=7450684"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
