\nI am trying to transfer my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org so that I can use some plugins that are not available at .com<\/p>\n
I have self hosted with Crazy Domains and have followed all the steps from both wordpress and crazy domains to install wordpress and import my site.<\/p>\n
However, the site seems to have gone strange. The tabs are appearing twice, the headier is not working.<\/p>\n
When I click on the wp-admin link through the host it says the page is no longer available. My site is www.effervescence.com.au although apparently the root directory is www.effervescencedotcomdotau.wordpress.com<\/p>\n
Have a missed a step out somewhere? I am very confused! Plus I can’t work out how to make the site not visible online while I sort this out – is there a maintenance mode?
