It&#8217;s a simple form http:\/\/myinstadoc.com\/testing-form\/<\/p>\n<p>Everything works fine except the attachments. It doesn&#8217;t throw an upload error but from what I can see by manually quickly refreshing the temp upload directory, it&#8217;s not even uploading anything there.
