I open a new incognito window, go to the site, and submit a request to sign up to the blog.  I use an email address that is NOT the same as the administrator.  I then receive the confirmation email, and reply to it with the required &#8220;agree&#8221; message.  Then&#8230;nothing.  I don&#8217;t receive a confirmation email saying I have been added to the subscription list, and the requesting user is not added to the list of WordPress Users in the back end.
