In the documentation, it says:<\/p>\n<p>Installing Regions module automatically adds 4 new fields to your configuration under Directory Admin-&gt;Manage Form Fields. They are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>City<br \/>\nState<br \/>\nCountry<br \/>\nContinent<\/p>\n<p>This hasn&#8217;t happened for me.
