I found someone online complaining about that with the CK Editor and suggesting a fix.  <\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/ckeditor.com\/forums\/Support\/Blockquote-button-not-showing-in-toolbar<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I put the contenteditable=&#8221;true&#8221; data tag on a &lt;p&gt; tag instead of a &lt;div&gt; tag.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But I couldn&#8217;t find that line in the code.
