I usually read reviews before buying a plugin but after reading the developer&#8217;s reply to a negative review, I&#8217;m wondering if I will meet the same level of aggressivity once I&#8217;ve bought the plugin and ask for any support questions. The negative review simply criticized the free trial&#8217;s limitations in a polite manner.
