But I imagine there not much ability to customize what the shortcode spits out on a page other than the variables listed in the FAQ.<\/p>\n<p>This means I&#8217;ll need to customize the archive-news.php file. <\/p>\n<p>Here what I need to output:<\/p>\n<p>1) Featured Image<br \/>\n<em>2) Have the featured image link to a pdf file<\/em><br \/>\n2) Date<br \/>\n3) Title<\/p>\n<p>I know how to do 1,3 &amp; 4 above.<\/p>\n<p>Also, I need to list display on an existing web-page. Is that possible?
