I&#8217;m thinking about getting a one-page theme but am wondering how to incorporate this image based menu that appears only at the top into a theme.  This menu has a css-based animation (no javascript) to reveal the on hover image for each item, so I would need to somehow incorporate this css into the theme but again for the top splash only.
