Here is the scenario.<\/p>\n
My clients are already on a single MailChimp list, organized under a specific group.<\/p>\n
When they register as a free user for my site, I have it set up so they transition to a different group on the same list.<\/p>\n
When\/if they upgrade their registration level, they transition to a different group on the same list.<\/p>\n
I am using the S2 Pro Panel [ Admin > S2 > API List Servers > Mail Chimp ] as follows:<\/p>\n
List IDs for free subscriber:
\nxxxxxxxx::Products Used::Free Registrant<\/p>\n
List IDs for Level #1 Members:
\nxxxxxxxx::Products Used::Beginner<\/p>\n
List IDs for Level #2 Members:
\nxxxxxxxx::Products Used::Beginner Plus<\/p>\n
Etc..<\/p>\n
The problem is that instead of transitioning the client to a different group based on their new membership level registration, S2 via Mail Chimp is removing them from all groups completely. <\/p>\n
What am I doing wrong? Is it a mail chimp setting I have wrong or a S2member setting I have wrong. <\/p>\n
Clearly they are talking, because S2 is removing the group, but I need S2 to *change* the group.<\/p>\n
