{"id":5498902,"date":"2014-11-20T07:14:32","date_gmt":"2014-11-20T07:14:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/does-keep-settings\/"},"modified":"2016-08-22T12:45:43","modified_gmt":"2016-08-22T12:45:43","slug":"does-keep-settings","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/does-keep-settings\/","title":{"rendered":"Does keep settings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In response to <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/doesnt-keep-settings\">frizzie55<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve tested this plugin with freshly installed WP 3.4 all the way up to WP 4.0, and have experienced no problems with it saving any settings for the third column.<\/p>\n<p>WordPress fires off an admin-ajax call when panels are moved, or when screen options are changed &#8211; this is default functionality and has not been altered in any way, so any problems you are having in this regard may be due to other plugins.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps a sluggish internet connection is causing the ajax call to fail, or the post is being saved (very quickly) before the call can even be made.
