The whole page of the browser window has a dark transparent gray overlay and I can’t click on any of the buttons or fields and am forced to use the back button. I can however turn off the visual editor in the user admin, and then use the text editor.

I have tested this with Firefox & Chrome, and same thing happens. I have also disabled all plugins and tried re-installing WordPress core, but these steps had no effect.

Website is working just fine (http://cssi-inc.com), but our content writers are stuck using the text editor, which is a problem. Has anyone seen this problem before? I would greatly appreciate any help.

Cheers,
Jeff

["post-5482455","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry","topic-tag-locked","topic-tag-troubleshooting","topic-tag-visual-editor
["GET
