I’ve been dealing with this issue when I try to add a new entry and get the following error:

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘slug’ in ‘field list’]

INSERT INTO wp_connections SET ts = ‘2014-09-17 15:26:26’, date_added = 1410967586, entry_type = ‘organization’, visibility = ‘public’, slug = ‘ati-physical-therapy’, family_name = ”, honorific_prefix = ”, first_name = ”, middle_name = ”, last_name = ”, honorific_suffix = ”, title = ”, organization = ‘ATI Physical Therapy’, department = ”, contact_first_name = ‘Patrick’, contact_last_name = ‘Murphy’, addresses = ”, phone_numbers = ”, email = ”, im = ”, social = ”, links = ”, dates = ”, birthday = ”, anniversary = ”, bio = ”, notes = ”, options = ‘a:2:{s:5:\\”entry\\”;a:1:{s:4:\\”type\\”;s:12:\\”organization\\”;}s:5:\\”group\\”;a:1:{s:6:\\”family\\”;a:0:{}}}’, added_by = 1, edited_by = 1, owner = 1, user = 0, status = ‘approved’

The directory listings that were already there show just fine, however I can’t add any new ones. Any ideas as to what I can do to fix it? Otherwise I’ll have to switch to a different plugin.

Thanks!!!
