I couldn&#8217;t find one in my root folder (and yes, I&#8217;ve tried changing preferences in my FTP tool(s), and I can even see another htaccess file in one of my photo gallery folders), and I couldn&#8217;t find anything about it in the WP 2.1 installation instructions.
