I&#8217;ve checked the plugin file and I don&#8217;t see that the footnotes are added to the page using a hook, but are just appended to the page content.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m making a page template and it would be awesome if I could determine exactly where I want the footnotes to be placed.
