I have noticed that the plugin author doesn’t seem to be available for almost a year.<\/p>\n
I’ve made too much alterations to the plugin that it\u00b4s impossible to me to ever update it again.<\/p>\n
So, i ask the original author if it’s ok to me to fork it and make it too available in WordPress. All credits mentioned.<\/p>\n
So far my hacked version has:
\n– Fix for custom permalinks, change “external-videos” to whatever you want.
\n– Fix for custom added videos are deleted when channels are updated.
\n– Bulk edit tags\/categories doesn’t throw error “invalid post type”
\n– Add a new channel and plugin will create a category with the name of the channel and add all videos to that category. Good for organizing videos.
\n– External-videos are treated like a common post type. No more video attach to other post. That means archive pages for all videos, and working breadcrumbs.
\n– Removed media gallery, shortcode, dot sub and Vimeo (sorry, maybe add it later)<\/p>\n
