{"id":4437092,"date":"2013-12-21T22:12:22","date_gmt":"2013-12-21T22:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/offset-not-working\/"},"modified":"2016-08-21T14:04:53","modified_gmt":"2016-08-21T14:04:53","slug":"offset-not-working","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/offset-not-working\/","title":{"rendered":"Offset Not Working"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I double-checked the header and footer of the theme and it is using wp_head and wp_footer.<\/p>\n<p>I set the offset to 50.<\/p>\n<p>I cleared out the &#8220;#comments&#8221; HTML element.<\/p>\n<p>The flyin doesn&#8217;t occur until the comment area is reached.<\/p>\n<p>I checked the DB because even after clearing the HTML #comments element it still is displayed.
