I like it enough that I bought the ‘Migrate WordPress’ addon. However I keep running into one annoying problem.

When I create a new backup set, the plugins, themes etc are saved as zip files, while the database is automatically saved in gz format. The route I am following to restore/migrate involves use of the ‘upload backup files’ option under ‘restore.’ This uploader (the ‘Drop backup zips here’ box + the ‘Select Files’ button) is only able to accept zip files. I can work around the problem, but it will save me some time if this just gets fixed (and it will make it easier for my end-users to do any needful backup and restore).

Thanks and Best,
Anson

https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/

["post-4159722","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry
["GET
