I want to be able to vote more than once, or let visitors vote, but unfortunately this does not seem to work.  I have tried setting &#8216;everyone can vote&#8217; in the tools menu, and anywhere else I see the option &#8211; it does not seem to save or make any difference?<\/p>\n<p>Is the plugin THAT buggy?
