When I used JW Player plugin in its 1.6.0 version this shortcode worked well when inserted in the source code of a post:<\/p>\n

However, when I installed this plugin on a new blog (the latest version), the above shortcode doesn’t work. I just see the text of the code in the post and the player isn’t even called.<\/p>\n
I also don’t see that the player was copied to <\/p>\n
mydomain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress<\/p>\n
in the previous version of the jww player plugin this was essential for the plugin to work, if I remember well.<\/p>\n
So, could you please tell me what is the shortcode for embedding a video from a certain folder on the domain (e.g. mydomain.com\/wp-content\/videos\/), specifying a certain file (mp4) and poster image (.jpg). like in the first example?<\/p>\n
