We(small and young social deign company) develop about 2-3 wordpress websites per week. nothing special. most of them template based.
\nOur boss wants to speed up this process and increase our output.
\nSo I am looking for some ideas how to streamline design, implementation, tweaking and deployment process. Our goal is to get website up and running 2-3 days.(only template and structure, no content or some custom features)<\/p>\n
Currently each project we install WP into some subdomain.ourwebsite.com, and after a client is happy we zip all directories and export db drop.
\nThis process has too many the same repetitive moves: installation of WP for each new project and exporting of it on production hosting.<\/p>\n
What do you think how would work Multisite WP installation? I’ve never tried it.
\nAnd is there something a little bit less complicated as WP stack?<\/p>\n
Perhaps someone could share their dev process?<\/p>\n
