Appreciated. <\/p>\n<p>I would like to know if it is possible to create a survey\/quize which conditional steps\/questions &#8211; for example, I would ask the user: &#8220;are you a man?&#8221; and only if the answer is &#8220;yes&#8221; then that user would get sent to page X (where there would be more questions) and if the answer is no, then he\/she would be sent to page Y.<br \/>\nAlso, at the end I would want to add a form in which to collect their details. Do you support this feature?
