The Issue:
\n1) I can access, individually (i.e. one-by-one), all the images (.gif, .jpg etc) and all the html files in my wordpress folder at the following website:
\nhttp:\/\/consultant-law-education-india-nepal.in\/wp\/<\/p>\n
2) Via my Plesk-Panel, I can also open ‘phpMyAdmin’ file for the related database.<\/p>\n
3) But the index.php file does not load — the Error Message is “Internal Server Error”.
\nSo, I setup a test database, with a new user name & password, and made the following modification in the wp-config.php file:
\ndefine(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);<\/p>\n
Now the Error Message says:
\n“Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user ‘ctestuser191011’@’174.122.92.57’ (using password: YES) in D:\\inetpub\\vhosts\\consultant-law-education-india-nepal.in\\httpdocs\\wp\\wp-includes\\wp-db.php on line 1017
\nError establishing a database connection
\nThis either means that the username and password information in your
\nwp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at
\n70.87.28.217:3306. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
\n\u2022Are you sure you have the correct username and password?

The correct User Name and Password are entered in the wp-config.php file.<\/p>\n
My above-mentioned wordpress website is hosted by a Web-hosting firm whose particulars are given in the ‘index.html’ file (this file has now been uploaded by me in my wordpress folder) please. To see the Error, kindly add the following after ‘\/wp\/’:
\n ‘index.php’ (without quotes)<\/p>\n
The Tech Admins of the said firm have not been able to rectify the error for the past 6 days (though the problem was created by someone at their end — with a view to disable a Blog Post whose historical contents went against the interests of a country to which the said mischief monger might be owing allegiance).<\/p>\n
