However when certain options are selected the error appears upon submission: One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First radio sets condition. When &#8220;two&#8221; is selected and you enter values to the &#8220;flat&#8221; form, submission goes without any woes.
