The popup uses the &lt;dialog&gt; markup. The form is &#8216;Default&#8217; style and is *not* loaded with AJAX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The field labels should be bold but the custom CSS file for this form is not loaded (that file is in \/wp-content\/uploads\/forminator\/35654_0737f755158d0de8f8dd202f8d0ef477\/css\/style-35654.css).
