On the cart page if change of address or country is activated the page won&#8217;t scroll using the mouse button but you can use the pointer to move the scroll lines.  This only happens on computers not phones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and the lines are still there.  Any ideas?
