{"id":19026127,"date":"2026-09-22T10:24:04","date_gmt":"2026-09-22T10:24:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/unbeatable-support-5\/"},"modified":"2026-09-22T10:24:04","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T10:24:04","slug":"unbeatable-support-5","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/unbeatable-support-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Unbeatable support"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Great and sincere thanks to Vinny for his timely and comprehensive assist in adapting this BBPress Notify (No Spam) Digests plugin with &#8216;Post Comments as BBPress Topics&#8217; by Robin Wilson\/Nick Chomey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initially, there was a disconnect between the two which meant that as my Marketplace website published new post which automatically generated new corresponding topics via the aforementioned plugin BY Robin Wilson, &#8216;BBPress Notify (No Spam) Digests&#8217; would not add such a topic to the digest email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This issue hindered my audience communications and put a dampener of the subscriber experience within my online business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All it took was a single request for help and Vinny was instantly on the case &#8211; quickly interpreting my problem into the necessary solution, compete with a step by step tutorial as for &#8216;why&#8217; it didn&#8217;t work in the first instance and &#8216;how&#8217; he fixed it&#8230;GOLDEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He packaged the PHP fix into a short script with appropriate supporting notation (to be copied into functions.php) and also offered me a plugin fix which I passed up in because the script was good enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All iin all, I&#8217;m delighted with the product and even more so with the true Partner In &#8216;Press that I&#8217;ve found in Vinny!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for all your help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-19026127","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19026127","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19026127\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19026127"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
