From day one, I noticed that the plugin has a hardcoded constant that prevents removing the prefix from attribute permalinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I reached out to support, and I have been waiting <strong>2 months for a single line of code to be changed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are zero updates from their team\u2014every month I have to follow up myself just to ask about progress. I only have 1 year of included support, and 2 months of that period have already been completely wasted waiting for a fix to one minor issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They claim that their support team consists of <em>&#8220;knowledgeable WooCommerce support agents and developers.&#8221;<\/em> Judging by my experience, that couldn&#8217;t be further from the truth.
